A rare vintage superfine silk runner, possibly from Hereke, woven circa 1960 with over 1,000,000 knots per square metre. Repeated floral medallions flow across a muted taupe, ivory and beige field, while the fine silk pile creates crisp detail, gentle sheen, refined character and graceful decorative appeal for hallways.
